Well its been a while but ifigure I'll update everyone. The first round of Ebay sales was, well for lack of a better word, a flop. Not one was sold. It did kinda dampen my spirits for a little bit but thats ok, a new round of inspiriation has come and i will be churning out new wands shortly. School, work and a family also contributed to a lack of time to work on anything new, or to design anything new, but things have changed a bit and i might have a bit more time.
There is a question I have been struggling with, however, and I think i would like som input from the people who have supported me.
In the begining of "Satyr Wand Works" i took the Harry Potter approach to my wands(infusing them with elements), but stopped a short time later feeling that that might be a bit too gimmicky. However, here is the question. Should that be restarted? Should that be something i start doing again, or should that be laid to rest. SHould I go for a more earthly elemental infusion(things found on earth, plants, animal hair etc....) or should it remain as a mythical pairing(think dragons, unicorns and the like)? What are the opinions of those out there?
At any rate, all wands are still available for sale, if you have an idea for a wand(custom made to your specs) send a note my way and we can work out a deal(you will retain all rights to said wand and i will not make another like it....EVER....)Let me know what yall think!
